By accessing or using AmbigramGen (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

Description of Service

AmbigramGen provides a free online tool for generating ambigrams - typographical designs that can be read in multiple orientations. Our Service allows users to input text, select fonts and colors, and generate ambigram previews that can be downloaded.

User Conduct

When using our Service, you agree not to:

• Input text that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or otherwise objectionable
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
• Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Service or any other systems or networks connected to the Service

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by AmbigramGen and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

With respect to ambigrams you create using our Service, you retain all rights to those specific creations. You are free to use, modify, and distribute them as you wish, subject to applicable laws.

Font Licensing

Our Service uses various fonts that are either:

• Released under open source or free use licenses
• Used with permission for our Service
• Created specifically for our Service

When you generate and download an ambigram using these fonts, you are granted a license to use that specific ambigram creation. Separate licensing may be required if you wish to use the fonts outside of our Service.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. AMBIGRAMGEN MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE OPERATION OF THE SERVICE OR THE INFORMATION, CONTENT, MATERIALS, OR PRODUCTS INCLUDED ON THE SERVICE.

WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, AMBIGRAMGEN DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT OF INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY.

Limitation of Liability

IN NO EVENT SHALL AMBIGRAMGEN OR ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY DAMAGES WHATSOEVER, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH THE USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
